’CODE OF CONDUCT’ AND ’REACH’
Compliance with Legislation and Responsible Sourcing
Our compliance department ensures adherence to European legislation and advises on requirements in other markets. We collaborate with organizations such as the Confederation of Danish Industry, Bureau Veritas, and local organizations.
For example, Bureau Veritas monitors developments in the REACH regulation on our behalf.
All suppliers sign our Code of Conduct, committing them to responsible business practices, including compliance with the UN Global Compact and the REACH declaration, which ensures that suppliers are aware of their responsibility to comply with the REACH regulation.
REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals) is an EU regulation that governs the production and use of chemicals to protect both people and the environment.

In close collaboration with our owner, the Bufab Group, we have established a range of policies and guidelines that ensure we conduct our business responsibly, ethically, and in accordance with applicable laws.
