About our cooperation
It all started with one request from a customer who designs and produces eco-friendly tabletops. They asked if we could supply a universal cleaner certified with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel. To fulfill this request, we needed to adapt our existing cleaning solutions to comply with the certification’s strict regulations.
Challenge
A customer that designs and produces tabletops asked HT BENDIX if it could also supply a universal cleaner with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel. The customer could then sell such a cleanser as an accessory with its own eco-friendly products. “Soon, other HT BENDIX customers began making similar requests,” says Area Sales Manager Per Klemmensen. He got the process started for HT BENDIX to offer such a certified cleaner. The Nordic Swan Ecolabel is only awarded to products and services meeting ambitious environmental requirements. It is thus a powerful tool for producers and brand owners.
Approach
To comply with the certification’s strict detergent regulations, the existing cleaning solution needed adjustments, which took time to perfect. Today, HT BENDIX now offers the Nordic Swan Ecolabel-certified universal cleaner for hard surfaces as a white label product. This makes it easy for any furniture producer to sell it to its own customers.
Result
This universal cleaner is HT BENDIX’s first Nordic Swan Ecolabel product.
