We use Danske Fragtmænd for deliveries within Denmark and work with various freight forwarders for export, depending on the destination and delivery requirements.

Complaints must be submitted in writing and received by HT BENDIX no later than 8 days after delivery. Any defects or issues must be clearly specified in order for us to process the claim.

In the case of justified complaints, HT BENDIX reserves the right to remedy the defect by repair or replacement. This will be carried out within up to 30 days from receipt of the necessary documentation.

Submitting a complaint does not exempt the buyer from payment of the agreed purchase price. HT BENDIX is not liable for indirect losses such as operating losses, loss of profit, or similar.

Goods can only be returned by prior agreement with HT BENDIX in connection with complaints or replacements.

Returned goods must:

• Be sent in their original packaging
• Be returned at the buyer’s expense and risk

The name HT BENDIX originates from the company’s history and is a combination of HT (Herning Trælasthandel) and Bendix Tømmerhandel.

Originally, the company sold timber, boards, veneer, and fittings to the industry, but quickly evolved to focus on supplying fittings to the furniture, kitchen, and woodworking industries.
