Which personal data do we collect and how do we handle these data?
You can have a look at our web page without telling who you are and without passing on personal data.
However, HT BENDIX needs certain personal data to be able to enter into a business relationship with you, to pass on news to you and to provide further services for you.
HT BENDIX collects and handles data about you if you: - buy goods or services in our web shop - send an enquiry, a complaint or feedback to us - pass on personal data via the web page for other reasons.
HT BENDIX only collects personal data needed to deliver the service that the customer has asked for (e.g. e-mail address or private address).
HT BENDIX does not collect personal data about its customers from third parties.
HT BENDIX does not save personal data about means of payment like card numbers of bank cards, account numbers or similar data.
To whom do we pass on personal data? Personal data given to HT BENDIX is exclusively passed on to: - our internal departments - selected and entrusted third parties who need these data to be able to deliver the goods or services ordered by you.
HT BENDIX exclusively passes on personal data to third parties like misuse registers in accordance with the applicable legislation if the customer commits misuse or fraud towards HT BENDIX.
To be able to further develop and improve the web page www.ht-bendix.dk, we produce statistics about how the users use this page. This statistics is exclusively applied in the form of summaries to e.g. find out which pages and browsers our customers use most frequently.
Apart from the above mentioned cases HT BENDIX does not pass on data about the single customer’s use of services on www.ht.bendix.dk.

Where are your personal data saved?
Personal data are saved on servers in Denmark. Some personal data are managed by third parties (data processors). They save and treat personal data on behalf of HT BENDIX in accordance with our data policy and the applicable legislation about protection of personal data.
We only save personal data as long as we have to in order to fulfil the above mentioned purposes.
Access to data
You can always modify your account data and your fields of interest. Moreover, you can inform us that you would like to be contacted by us, that you would like to receive an offer about goods or services or that you want to be taken off the list for newsletters. Cookies
Besides the information that you enter yourself within the scope of a purchase, the subscription for the newsletter or other services, the web page uses cookies. Cookies are digital data packets, which the web page saves on your hard disk. The cookie does not identify each single user, but the terminals of the user, e.g. a computer or mobile phone.
